Job Summary

Supervise contracted breeder crew to maintain proper house conditions and ensure birds receive appropriate care and comfort. Serve as a liaison between the company and crew laborers, monitor vaccination, sanitation/disinfection, and assist with pullet movement. Ensure USDA and government regulations and animal welfare guidelines are followed. Lead 6–10 hourly contracted employees and provide technical assistance while maintaining productive grower relationships.
