Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate management and spend of strategic foundry suppliers, focusing on post-fab/advanced packaging services, reporting to Director Foundry Procurement.
  • •Develop global procurement strategy and implement a supplier development program aligned to long-term cost, quality, and service goals.
  • •Collaborate on negotiation strategies to drive cost targets and own the driven bidding process (analysis, price negotiation, and business awards).
  • •Develop and lead critical procurement management processes including NPI/NRE procurement program management/order execution and spend/savings reporting.
  • •Lead Supplier Performance Management (SPM) and quarterly scorecards covering service levels across cost, technology, quality, service, and flexibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,410 - 187,560 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree and/or MBA.
  • •Extensive foundry or semiconductor experience, ideally focused on post fab and advanced packaging services.
  • •Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
  • •Supply chain management (SCM) familiarity.
  • •Understanding of regional and global markets and cultures.
