Job Summary

Supervise and coach the team within a defined store area to deliver a leading shopping experience while driving store profitability. Own retail KPI performance, track sales and product metrics, and make commercial adjustments. Lead customer service excellence using adidas sales techniques, ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, manage replenishment and cash procedures, and support recruiting and team development.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure retail KPIs for a defined store area are met or exceeded and drive efficiency and productivity through resource allocation and process organization.
•Supervise, coordinate, coach, and develop the team to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times.
•Drive sales and brand experience using advanced sales techniques and the adidas customer service model.
•Create an appealing, easy-to-shop environment by coordinating visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
•Minimize loss by implementing, monitoring, and tracking loss prevention procedures; ensure cash protection and fast, accurate transaction processing.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 months’ work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and first supervisor experience.
•Intermediate numeracy and literacy, plus advanced verbal communication skills.
•Preferably experience in apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG retail.
•Good command of oral and written English and Filipino.
•First supervisor experience with the ability to supervise and coach team members to meet expectations.
