Operations Management Trainee - Dardanelle Plant (Dardanelle, AR)

Support day-to-day production and operational performance as a developmental leadership trainee, using independent judgment and data analysis to spot trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Recommend and help drive safety, quality, yield, and efficiency gains, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional work with HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting. Build foundational leadership skills for future supervisor roles while monitoring compliance and escalation needs.
