Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers promptly and courteously, and provide personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
  • •Offer product recommendations and current product knowledge based on customer needs while addressing questions before they leave.
  • •Communicate return policy and brand sustainability/social and ethical commitments to customers.
  • •Operate the cash register accurately and handle money; respond to theft in accordance with store policies.
  • •Check inventory daily, stock products, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards while maintaining clean back-stock and break areas.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the Deckers Brands vision and mission.
  • •Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
  • •Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs, with a valid driver’s license.
