Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic Security.
  • •Model and plan for non-human and AI agent identities, including defining behavior standards, ownership, lifecycle, and continuous-machine-scale detection.
  • •Partner with threat research and detection engineering to focus on identity-specific threats and connect detections to real adversary tactics.
  • •Drive ITDR response and containment by turning detections into actions using integrations and automated responses with human oversight.
  • •Collaborate with enterprise customers and the design team to shape identity-driven analyst investigation and response experiences across the security platform.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, detection and response).
  • •Expertise in identity-based attack techniques and identity systems, including Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, and privileged access across on-prem and cloud.
  • •Fluency with non-human identities such as service accounts, workloads, secrets, and AI agents, and understanding why human-identity rules don’t apply.
  • •Deep technical comprehension of AI/ML, including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems, collaborating with data scientists and engineers.
  • •Ability to lead across stakeholders in a dynamic environment, with outstanding written and spoken communication.
