Key Responsibilities

•Lead technically complex well designs and implement processes for well proposals and Well Basis of Design.
•Supervise less senior Well Engineers and ensure technical integrity of Well Operations planning and execution.
•Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and timely End-of-Well reports, incorporating feedback into future operations.
•Oversee creation and approval of Appropriation for Expenditure (AFE) and manage cost control of operations.
•Conduct risk assessments to ensure safe and environmentally acceptable operations and forecast medium- to long-term needs.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in STEM (preference for Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering)
•8+ years of well services experience
•Well Supervisory experience and exposure to Multi-discipline operations is preferred
•Must have Well Control Certificate
•Strong ability to supervise and coordinate engineering activities and ensure cost control and safety
