Key Requirements

  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
  • •Personal transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory and outside as needed to support workload(s) and remote assistance calls.
  • •RCIS crop adjuster physical requirements, including walking in agricultural fields up to 3 miles and lifting 25–50 lbs.
  • •Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
