Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, and implement risk management processes tailored to client needs and aligned with best practice.
  • •Facilitate risk workshops with subject matter experts and create and maintain risk registers and other risk information.
  • •Challenge risk information to improve data quality and robustness, and support measurable management responses for post-mitigation positions.
  • •Drive implementation of mitigation actions across projects and programmes and maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points for cost profiling and budget drawdown/retirement.
  • •Conduct Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) for cost and schedule impacts and produce timely risk reporting using tools including Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Risk Management experience across one or more sectors across the project lifecycle.
  • •Ability to adjust risk strategies and processes in response to change and convey complex risk information to stakeholders.
  • •Experience with risk management systems such as Safran, @risk, and PRA.
  • •Familiarity with at least one risk standard or approach (ISO31000, APM, Orange Book, IPA).
  • •Desire to work within the nuclear sector; nuclear experience is desirable but not required.
