Skilled Mechanical Plant Technician

Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed automated production equipment to keep manufacturing running smoothly. As a mechanical plant technician, you’ll perform preventive maintenance and calibrations, diagnose issues, monitor and improve equipment and systems, and use technical data to proactively reduce downtime and defects. Work in a self-directed team environment on a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shift schedule, supporting continuous improvement and high-quality output.
