Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed packing, process, and other machinery and equipment to keep production flowing.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve equipment and systems to reduce downtime and eliminate defects.
  • •Analyze trends and technical data to identify issues proactively and improve production systems.
  • •Build technical mastery and help develop technical skills in others within a self-directed team environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Have a high school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • •Use mechanical skills to diagnose problems and perform maintenance/repairs on manufacturing machinery (e.g., engines, pumps, compressors, turbines, conveyors, gears, bearings).
  • •Be proficient with hand/power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision instruments for disassembly, assembly, measurement, alignment, and testing.
  • •Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and the ability to rotate on a 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts).
