Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage shipping routes and delivery execution to support customer satisfaction, defusing freight, packaging, and delivery issues with customers and vendors.
  • •Communicate transportation requirements internally and externally.
  • •Process customer requests for industry compliance and ensure required documents are received from suppliers and Product Engineering.
  • •Perform warehouse tasks including pulling, staging, and QA of orders, and receiving and putting away deliveries.
  • •Maintain material trackers and delivery tracking, resolve AP issues, and recommend process improvements.
