Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop GenAI solutions to solve customer problems using techniques from Databricks AI research.
  • •Own production rollouts of customer-facing and internally facing GenAI applications.
  • •Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across varied domains.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.
  • •Present at conferences (e.g., Data + AI Summit) as an internal and external thought leader.

Salary: USD 152,900 - 210,155 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing, building, and deploying production GenAI and LLM applications at scale.
  • •Build GenAI applications (e.g., RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning) using tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
  • •Deploy production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
  • •Hands-on industry data science experience using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
  • •Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
