Job Summary

Build and scale the operational backbone for an outcome-oriented AI Solutions business. Own delivery excellence through scalable frameworks, SOPs, AI quality gates, risk management, and metrics dashboards that drive CSAT, margins, and quality. Lead process innovation for fixed-fee and outcome-based delivery models, resource planning, and agentic tooling to cut overhead. Coach program managers, operationalize enterprise compliance, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Talent Fulfillment Ops, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement delivery frameworks, methodologies, governance, and quality gates that scale AI Solutions revenue over the next 24 months.
•Own CSAT, margin, and quality metrics across AI Solutions and custom development engagements, including early warning and intervention for at-risk projects.
•Create delivery playbooks for common AI solution patterns and establish post-mortems and lessons-learned processes to improve capabilities.
•Partner with AI Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success to define outcome-based delivery models and fixed-fee structures with tight handoffs between Solutions Architects and delivery program managers.
•Provide coaching and establish escalation protocols while operationalizing enterprise compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001) within delivery.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in delivery management, professional services, or consulting operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
•Proven track record building and scaling delivery organizations in high-growth tech companies with $100M+ managed revenue and 30+ concurrent projects.
•Deep expertise in process design, project governance, and operational excellence, with technical fluency in AI delivery patterns such as evals, model deployment, and MLOps.
•Experience leading complex, outcome-based engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
•Strong financial acumen managing P&L, margin optimization, and resource economics.
