Senior Data Scientist

Build and operate Zoom’s Revenue Intelligence ML systems that turn raw telemetry into insights for customer growth, retention, and expansion. Own telemetry-based modeling for lead scoring, expansion prediction, and churn forecasting, including EDA, deployment, monitoring, and data validation. Design batch and real-time inference, lead analytics + experimentation frameworks with dbt, and mentor junior data scientists while communicating recommendations to VP/C-level stakeholders.
