Job Summary

Build the agentic AI system that powers creation for millions of Roblox creators. Work on a unified, cloud-native architecture that brings Studio Assistant (desktop) and Build (mobile) together, spanning cloud orchestration, LLM integration and model routing, tool/skill execution, and the creator-facing client. Own end-to-end multi-step creation workflows—planning, code generation, asset creation, and automated testing—while raising engineering quality and mentoring teammates.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, test, and deploy services within the Roblox ecosystem.
•Help understand community needs from beginning artists through professional scripters and designers.
•Work across the full stack for the Assistant system: cloud orchestration, LLM integration/model routing, tool/skill execution, and the creator-facing client.
•Orchestrate multi-step creation workflows end-to-end, including planning, code generation, asset creation, and automated testing.
•Raise technical quality through high code standards, architectural designs, and long-term planning; develop fellow engineers on the team.

Salary: USD 196,750 - 243,290 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience shipping high-complexity software and supporting mission-critical applications at scale.
•Experience architecting, designing, and leading implementation across a wide range of software products and systems.
•Experience building AI infrastructure, including model serving, orchestration, reliability, and production observability.
•Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-step execution loops (planning, tool use, recovery, long-running workflows).
•Proficiency in C++, C#, Java (or similar) and strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL systems at scale.
