Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead a team of technicians overseeing manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, and repair.
  • •Own safety, quality, scheduling, and conflict resolution among staff and stakeholders, supporting resolution of operational and safety issues.
  • •Oversee factory work flow and streamline operations between groups and divisions to improve output and cost.
  • •Establish tactical plans and ensure production schedules are met within quality and cost objectives.
  • •Develop training plans, manage shift staffing and rotations (including PTO, breaks, overtime, and backups), and review certification levels tied to ramp thresholds.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation and Control, Industrial Systems, or related disciplines.
  • •2-5 years of experience.
  • •Can work on shift (12 hours/day, 4 days/week).
  • •Strong verbal, written, and communication skills in English.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead diverse technicians, with strong process knowledge to resolve problems and deliver quality output safely.
