•Provide clinical customer support as a clinical application knowledge expert for Philips HPM patient monitoring products.
•Collaborate with field service, sales, and project management to support multiphase implementations and go-lives.
•Assess clinical workflows, determine education needs, plan and deliver equipment/application education, and support first customer use.
•Troubleshoot and solve problems by applying clinical and product knowledge, including network and clinical informatics implications.
•Travel extensively across the Metro NYC district (including occasional overnight stays and possible national travel).

•Knowledge/preference for Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications.
•CTT+ and/or VCTT+ (preferred) and comfort delivering adult education to support patient-care workflows.
