Mechanical Engineer

Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems for products and equipment by supporting Nelson stud welding systems and investigating cost-effective enhancements. Lead engineering activities for product launches using FMEA, DVP&R, and 8D methodology, including DFMEA and lessons learned. Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing/repair teams, coordinate system specification/builds, and model systems using finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics while supporting internal and external customers.
