Job Summary

Lead and evolve the Business QA function for Global Change Execution, driving quality of digital deliverables across markets. Provide strategic leadership for a horizontal testing capability spanning internal teams and vendor engagements, while building and supervising a high-performing team. Oversee delivery production line activities (development, testing, implementation), support business acceptance, and guide the transition to Agile ways of working. Manage governance, risks, and customer-focused quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership for a robust horizontal testing capability, overseeing internal staff and vendor engagements across multiple initiatives and markets.
•Build, lead, and directly supervise the Business QA teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, serving as the escalation point for project issues.
•Support the delivery production line (development, testing, and implementation) to ensure digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for release to customers.
•Contribute to the delivery of Global Change Execution programmes and oversee business acceptance activities for customer and staff-facing applications.
•Lead the transition to Agile methodologies within the Business QA discipline and operate within Business QA governance structures to manage risks and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and the role of QA within them.
•Deep understanding of testing processes and practices with a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes.
•Experience in customer-focused organizations, particularly in digital transformation or change management.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with strong performance management skills.
•Experience in process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies.
