  • •Strong understanding of the SDLC and the ability to identify high-impact areas for AI enablement.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and agentic workflows for tasks like code generation, test creation, documentation, or release automation.
  • •Experience defining and coordinating AI adoption processes from strategy through pilot execution to scaled rollout.
  • •Experience evaluating and selecting AI tools and platforms, including cost-benefit/ROI analysis and integrating AI into development ecosystems (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
