Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Design and Category Management teams to understand product vision and direction.
  • •Partner with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to advance products from prototype stages to mass production.
  • •Work with Project Managers to understand timelines and meet milestones and deliverables.
  • •Lead the welded product sampling process to ensure design intent is executed, optimizing for DFM through clear communication and on-site engagement with Tier 1 suppliers.
  • •Deliver technical drawing packages to manufacturing partners, oversee sampling-to-production handoff with Manufacturing Engineering, and manage product testing and quality readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in product development, preferably in accessories, bags, or apparel.
  • •Experience working with soft goods vendors to commercialize new products (e.g., sample rooms, finished goods factories, fabric weavers/coatings).
  • •Proficiency building soft goods drawing packages such as tech packs and sample requests.
  • •Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot design, material, and trim details to execute desired designs.
