Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop PHAs/TVAs and associated mitigations/countermeasures.
  • •Hold workshops with multi-disciplinary groups/committees.
  • •Develop CEL/CIL and DCCCs/CSCCs.
  • •Prepare SSC documents and reports; develop PTASP, conduct annual reviews, and update PTASP.
  • •Interact with agency clients and project managers; perform SSC peer reviews and deliver SSC training for internal and external clients.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Ability to pass an MVR check.
  • •Proven project task lead experience inclusive of Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Programs (PTSCTP, TSSP).
  • •Experience in State Safety Oversight (SSO) and U.S. domestic cybersecurity and SS.
  • •Preferred: Public Transportation Safety Certification (PTSCTP and/or TSSP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
