Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with client and architecture/delivery stakeholders to identify opportunities, quantify value potential, and prioritise initiatives.
  • •Build the value hypothesis and business case during shaping, including baselines for what outcomes will be measured against.
  • •Analyse value pools, strategic priorities, operational constraints, and feasibility to determine where AI creates the greatest impact.
  • •Sequence initiatives and use cases by value and feasibility, and present the prioritisation case to clients.
  • •Track realised benefits vs projected, report at delivery gates, and recommend stopping/re-scoping when expected value is no longer achievable.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering, or a strong finance background.
  • •Solid financial modelling capability and comfort working with incomplete data.
  • •Understanding of AI value drivers with enough technical fluency to challenge engineering estimates.
  • •Experience with benefits realisation where benefits were measured after delivery.
  • •Clear written and verbal reasoning that can withstand review without the author present.
