•Lead a team of Solution Consultants throughout the sales cycle, including consultative discovery with customers.
•Craft solution visions and roadmaps that address customer requirements and identify differentiated value.
•Design implementation and sustainment programs for customer solutions.
•Contribute to designing complete solutions across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales through delivery.
•Position AspenTech solutions and services using strong business, industry, and technical knowledge.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Background in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, with experience in industrial software or services.
•Consulting or technical sales experience in Oil & Gas or Chemicals.
•Team leading experience.
•Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including plant operations, sustainability, work processes, and manufacturing economics.
•Technology specialization in Planning & Scheduling or Supply Chain areas.
