Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PMs and Estimators with administrative duties, including MDOT/Owner requirements.
  • •Review contractual documents and performance requirements to ensure adherence to company policy and legal/customer specifications.
  • •Oversee subcontractor documentation and compliance, including requesting and tracking COIs for expirations and updates.
  • •Order and manage bonds and related MDOT packages (bid bonds, payment/performance bonds, surety releases, and quarterly bond).
  • •Support AP/AR functions and coordinate change orders/supplemental agreements and other required documentation (e.g., surety and COIs).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in an administrative/office management role handling AP/AR, contracts, insurance, and customer relations in the construction industry.

  • •Proficient with MS Office 2007+ and able to perform basic Excel formulas.
  • •Experience with insurance and contract/bond documentation processes (GL or workers compensation).
  • •Viewpoint experience and knowledge of civil construction are a plus.
