Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive engineering execution for Data Center R&D programs, designing and modifying structural systems to meet product requirements.
  • •Design and analyze structural systems for white-space infrastructure, including power distribution, containment, cable management, cooling supports, and modular assemblies.
  • •Perform structural engineering calculations (member sizing, connection design, load analysis) for gravity, seismic, lateral, and dynamic loading.
  • •Develop structural calculation packages with load assessments, deflection checks, anchorage design, and documentation for design reviews and approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution, with 8-12 years of experience in product design, structural engineering, or engineering mechanics.
  • •Strong expertise in structural analysis, structural dynamics, steel structure design, and engineering mechanics, including data center or mission-critical environments.
  • •Proficiency in SAP2000, LS-DYNA, or equivalent FEA tools, with the ability to validate results through hand calculations.
