Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Industrial Engineers and support day-to-day performance across US locations.
  • •Develop and maintain motion time studies, standard work, and facility layouts for Factor operations.
  • •Drive process improvement and standardization by re-engineering workflows, layouts, and workstations using CAD tools.
  • •Use MOST modeling and statistical analysis to create labor standards, report on fulfillment KPIs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • •Manage multiple projects end-to-end, act as a liaison between Operations and Engineering, and use FMEAs to reduce risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead a team of Industrial Engineers (minimum 1 year leading a team).
  • •7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a highly automated distribution/warehousing environment.
  • •Strong root cause analysis skills and ability to drive change using data.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with strong Excel skills; SQL experience desired.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or comparable discipline).
