Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting customer relationships through styling, product expertise, cross-selling, and tailored recommendations. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; meet personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail days.
