Job Summary

Build and maintain integrations connecting enterprise systems across Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and iPaaS platforms. Design scalable workflows and data pipelines, run reverse-ETL style syncs, and troubleshoot sync failures, API errors, and schema mismatches. Partner with Finance, GTM, People Ops, and IT to turn requirements into durable, observable solutions with strong error handling, logging, alerting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and related applications.
•Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse-ETL style syncs to support GTM, Finance, and People Ops.
•Translate business requirements into integration designs, data mappings, and implementation plans that are scalable, observable, and maintainable.
•Troubleshoot data sync issues, schema mismatches, API failures, and workflow exceptions across multiple systems.
•Implement error handling, logging, alerting, validation, rollback, and documentation for business-critical workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,500 - 200,300 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering, software engineering, business systems engineering, or related backend systems work.
•Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato) building or maintaining integrations across enterprise SaaS systems.
•Understanding of modern API patterns and authentication, including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
•Ability to write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language for transformations, validation, orchestration, or automation.
•Strong troubleshooting skills using logs to resolve failed syncs, data mismatches, and edge cases.
