Job Summary

Own data governance for the HK data platform by implementing data access controls, managing metadata, and enabling business self-service. Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of data access controls on the HK data platform to enhance security/efficiency and prevent data leakage.
•Drive data management initiatives and projects enabling business and functional areas to transition the bank into a data-centric organization.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank (IT, business, functions) to align program deliverables with data strategy.
•Manage metadata processes and enable business self-service capabilities on the HK data platform while streamlining metadata management.
•Implement and continuously monitor data quality for HK business processes, supporting remediation actions by process owners.

Key Requirements

•Background/qualifications in business process re-engineering.
•3–5 years’ data management experience and 5–10 years in data-related program/project and change management.
•Strong understanding of data management principles and an operational control framework.
•Good knowledge of data management areas including metadata management, data quality control, data modeling, data security, and data access controls.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and delivery focus.
