Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery and qualification with prospective customers to understand their 3D production pipeline, business goals, and automation needs.
•Invent and present tailored solution architectures demonstrating how Substance 3D automation addresses customer requirements (on-premise Python 3D APIs, custom integrations).
•Build and deliver compelling demos, POCs, and prototypes using our APIs for key accounts, developing custom 3D workflows that showcase end-to-end capabilities.
•Translate customer requirements into clear, technically sound proposals in collaboration with Sales and Technical Program Manager.
•Set realistic expectations early in the sales cycle, flag risks, and support customer-facing presentations as the technical authority in the room.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,400 - 226,900 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a solutions architect or equivalent role
•Deep hands-on knowledge of 3D production pipelines in an enterprise context including 3D data formats, rendering, and automation workflows
•Ability to write production-grade Python code contributing to automation pipelines
•Ability to scope and compose technical solutions for complex customer problems, turning discovery into executable architectures
•Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
