Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Narrative Architecture & Storytelling: Build and maintain the core messaging architecture across the Acorns portfolio as the source of truth for Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Comms. Ensure messaging clearly connects product capabilities to customer outcomes.
  • •Integrate Voice of Customer: Continuously synthesize insights from research, support, and social sentiment into messaging. Maintain a living system that keeps customer language and motivations embedded in strategy.
  • •Lead Go-To-Market Strategy: Own end-to-end GTM execution for key launches, including positioning, audience strategy, and performance measurement. Leverage AI-assisted workflows to increase speed while maintaining brand and compliance standards.
  • •Drive Evergreen Content & Adoption: Own a centralized library of evergreen assets—including product education, value propositions, and app store creative—to improve product understanding and increase adoption.
  • •Build AI-Integrated Operations: Develop reusable AI workflows and prompt systems that improve the quality, speed, and consistency of marketing execution.
