Key Responsibilities

•Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process.
•Support additional prep tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles.
•Prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork using sanding, masking, and related surface-prep steps as needed.
•Coordinate inspection and readiness of low-mileage, late-model cars before they reach customers.
•Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment in a production environment, sometimes in heat/cold conditions.

Key Requirements

•Professional automotive prepping experience to identify and address cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs before reconditioning and post-paint.
•Ability to perform prep tasks such as sanding and masking of vehicles.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English, and hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
