Key Responsibilities

  • •Select, install, and verify correct tooling to meet production requirements.
  • •Load and verify CNC punching and bending programs for accurate machine operations.
  • •Configure machine parameters, perform zero referencing, and complete setup before production starts.
  • •Continuously monitor machine performance, identify malfunctions/errors, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
  • •Read and interpret 3rd angle projection drawings and use precision instruments to inspect completed parts and ensure dimensional/quality compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating the specified CNC machines and programs, since each machine requires specific programming.
  • •Ability to set up tooling and configure CNC machine parameters, including zero referencing and initial production setup.
  • •Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (3rd angle projection) accurately.
  • •Proficiency with precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications.
