Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, optimize, and validate HBM architectures and circuit blocks using pre-layout and post-layout simulation, modeling, and analysis
  • •Support post-silicon bring-up, failure analysis, and design correlation when required
  • •Work with layout engineers on floorplanning, placement, routing, and design rule compliance
  • •Review parasitics plus EM/IR and reliability results; drive design or layout fixes as needed
  • •Participate in functional, timing, and power verification, collaborate with verification teams to debug failures and close coverage gaps, and support tape-out/ECOs/reticle experiments

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in HBM, DRAM, high-speed I/O, or memory-related design
  • •3+ years of DRAM design or verification experience focused on analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuits used in HBM products
  • •Experience with function verification and timing analysis with mixed-signal design, including device reliability and reliability mitigation/verification flow
  • •Familiarity with 3D-stacked architectures, TSVs, wide I/O interfaces, and PHY-adjacent logic; understanding of DRAM array control
  • •Proficiency with analog/digital simulation tools such as HSPICE, VerilogHDL, and PrimeSim, plus an MS in Computer Engineering or related field
