Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, manage, and enhance sales inventory to support revenue targets.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/exhibitor clients during onboarding and throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain client resources (supplier database, exhibitor manual, onsite documentation, floor plans, FAQs, and onsite welcome packs).
  • •Support delivery of sponsorship agreements and exhibit floor execution from planning through onsite.
  • •Manage branded assets and work with the Head of Ops to maintain the commercial ops budget and healthy profit margin, while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
