Job Summary

Join a construction team on an industrial project in Taiwan, working full-time on-site to lead BIM implementation. Author and maintain key BIM documentation (AIR/EIR and BIM Execution Plans), assess project team BIM competency, and help develop and approve delivery plans. Ensure BIM standards are followed, lead model assurance and reporting, and research and implement new technology, processes, and emerging best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support BIM implementation on a major project, working on-site full-time in Taiwan.
•Author BIM documentation including Asset Information Requirements, Employer Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (where applicable).
•Assess project teams’ BIM competency, advise BIM Execution Plan development, and approve on behalf of the Client where required.
•Assure BIM standards are followed by stakeholders, reporting key risks and mitigations.
•Lead model assurance activities (strategy/approach, model analysis, and technical/plain-language reporting) and research emerging best practices to improve delivery.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant experience in a BIM environment.
•Experience on major BIM projects, programmes, or across a large portfolio.
•Understand design, BIM, and procurement and how to apply them in planning and construction management.
•Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other relevant local standards/guidelines.
•Fluent in English and Chinese, with client-facing experience and strong written requirements/documentation skills.
