Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support BIM implementation on a major project, working on-site full-time in Taiwan.
  • •Author BIM documentation including Asset Information Requirements, Employer Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (where applicable).
  • •Assess project teams’ BIM competency, advise BIM Execution Plan development, and approve on behalf of the Client where required.
  • •Assure BIM standards are followed by stakeholders, reporting key risks and mitigations.
  • •Lead model assurance activities (strategy/approach, model analysis, and technical/plain-language reporting) and research emerging best practices to improve delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in a BIM environment.
  • •Experience on major BIM projects, programmes, or across a large portfolio.
  • •Understand design, BIM, and procurement and how to apply them in planning and construction management.
  • •Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other relevant local standards/guidelines.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese, with client-facing experience and strong written requirements/documentation skills.
