Job Summary

Product Manager for Otter’s Data Products leading 0-to-1 initiatives, building AI/ML-enabled data workflow products, and scaling a data platform to support enterprise P&L and guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with platform teams to harden the system of record, drive measurable customer impact, and save operators hours while expanding the data-driven decision capabilities across multi-channel restaurant integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue impact by addressing a $10B+ industry and generating significant Otter revenue.
•Bootstrap and define the 0-to-1 data workflow products with AI/ML to optimize enterprise P&L and guest satisfaction.
•Collaborate with platform teams to scale and harden the system of record for demanding workflows (real-time data quality, traceability).
•Directly contribute to operational efficiency by saving 200k+ hours per week of operators’ time.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and business outcomes across multi-channel restaurant integrations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 213,000 - 251,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, data platforms, merchant systems, or similarly complex technical domains.
•Hands-on experience with complex data products where delivering measurable customer impact is required.

•Ability to persuade skeptical executives and technical leads through data-backed storytelling.
