Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute environmental tests including thermal, dynamic, corrosion, and ingress testing.
  • •Program test controllers (WATLOW F4s and F4Ts) and run dynamic tests using electrodynamic shaker control software.
  • •Set up data acquisition systems for environmental testing.
  • •Maintain lab spaces with high organization and professionalism, and promote lab safety training and processes.
  • •Maintain and promote proper maintenance of capital equipment and keep technical documentation updated, with travel to test sites and remote labs as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional experience in an engineering technician capacity or similar.
  • •Experience running environmental test equipment and executing environmental tests (e.g., thermal/dynamic/corrosion/ingress).
  • •Familiarity with Jira or other agile development software.
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, flexible team environment.
  • •Eligible to obtain or maintain a U.S. Security Clearance, with familiarity of environmental test standards (MIL-STD-810, DO-160).
