Job Summary

Senior compensation and benefits leader responsible for global reward strategy across Africa, Middle East and Asia. Oversees base/pay, incentives, immigration, mobility, and benefits; partners with Legal and senior leadership in a high-growth fintech environment to design equitable, data-driven reward programs across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive and standardized compensation structure across all functions, regions, and levels, including base pay, variable pay programs, sales incentives, long and short-term incentive plans, stock options, and executive compensation.
•Own and administer immigration and relocation/mobility activities, coordinating relocations, work permits, and related reward elements across jurisdictions with payroll coordination.
•Liaise with senior leadership and Legal on compensation and benefits-related legal issues, maintaining knowledge of local laws and practices.
•Provide data-driven recommendations to guide decisions on compensation, org structure, attrition, promotions, and other people-related activities.
•Analyze trends in business, economy, and employment marketplace to enhance global workforce planning strategies.
