Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
•Prepare technical proposals and configurations aligned to customer requirements.
•Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
•Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
•Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,400 - 129,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
•Familiarity with network infrastructure and high-availability architectures.
•Understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies (public and private).
•Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and PKI concepts.
•Experience building and presenting demo environments.
