Coordinate with team leaders and customers to plan on-site HVAC installation and repairs. Serve as the direct customer contact, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems to ensure satisfaction. •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
•Continually enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Salary: 35.31 - 43.85 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, with typically 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including specified violations within the prior 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt.
