Build AI-native systems for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, turning manual workflows into reliable, scalable automation. Design and ship AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, and tool-calling solutions for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, and document handling. Apply LLM evaluations, guardrails, and practical constraints (accuracy, latency, cost, security, compliance) to deliver real user and team impact in production.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve real customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what is worth building and iterate quickly in production.
•Design around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build and ship AI-native systems (not just AI strategy).
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript (or a similar practical stack).
•Good judgment on what should be automated versus left manual.
•Able to ship working systems with testing, quality, and improving reliability over time.
