Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate BIM requirements across multiple disciplines, including Architecture, MEP, Data, Structure, and Asset Management, while planning standard development.
  • •Support the establishment of governance and processes for BIM implementation throughout the program.
  • •Organize and lead BIM coordination workshops.
  • •Assist in developing model templates encompassing structural, interior, and exterior architectural elements, as well as MEP systems for in-house projects. Facilitate laser scanning of existing spaces when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •University Degree + 4 years of civil infrastructure experience with technical construction drawings and/or documents
  • •Experience as BIM Lead/Supervisor/Manager is a strong asset
  • •Experience with enterprise-grade document and construction management systems (preferably Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Maximo, SharePoint)
  • •Proficiency in BIM design software (Autodesk Revit)
  • •Experience with CADD and GIS technologies (Bentley MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, ESRI ArcGIS)
