Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary business-facing process owner for PP and PM, partnering with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality to translate needs into functional requirements and design scalable processes.
  • •Drive design workshops and engagement by planning sessions, facilitating requirements-gathering, and running fit-gap/solution design with clear decisions and next steps.
  • •Configure and support SAP PP (material master data, BOMs, master recipes, routings, work center setup) and maintain records to support product introductions and process changes.
  • •Support SAP PM processes, including maintenance order types, work orders, and equipment master data, to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • •Lead hands-on SAP PP/PM integrations with in-house and third-party production systems, including Hexagon EAM, coordinating issue resolution and data reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) experience.
  • •Strong experience with material master data, bills of material (BOM), and production recipes/master recipes.
  • •Hands-on experience with routings, work center configuration, and production order processing (including backflushing and goods movements).
  • •Hands-on experience configuring SAP Plant Maintenance (work orders, maintenance order types, task lists, equipment and functional location master data).
  • •Proven experience integrating SAP PP with in-house and third-party production systems (Hexagon EAM preferred).
