Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) and In-Service Support (ISS) contracts to ensure compliance with spares and repairs requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary interface across Customer Services Regional Directors, Material Services, and Program Management for reporting and strategic alignment.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end delivery with multiple centres of competence (Operations, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance) to manage material issues and ensure Entry Into Service (EIS).
  • •Monitor and steer cost evolution, operating plans, and budgets, taking corrective actions to meet EBIT and revenue targets.
  • •Manage Material Services risks and mitigation plans, representing the department in program governance and supporting continuous improvement optimization projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering or Business Administration degree, or related discipline.
  • •5+ years’ experience in project/program management, supply chain, logistics, or material support in aerospace or complex industrial environments.
  • •Proficiency in project management methodologies, financial/budget tracking, and supply chain/material operations tools (e.g., SAP or equivalent ERPs).
  • •Advanced English and strong communication/negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and compliance/risk management frameworks; experience with military aircraft programs (LTA or MRTT) is valuable.
