  • •Keep hundreds of millions of searchable documents running at 99.9% uptime.
  • •Contribute to both search-specific engineering and generalist engineering work as needed.
  • •Raise and review pull requests with a strong focus on quality.
  • •Lead projects across the team’s ongoing search platform rebuild and related work.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong search engineering experience building, maintaining, and scaling search systems in production.
  • •Solid software engineering fundamentals and comfort contributing across both search-specific and generalist engineering work.
  • •High code quality expectations, including thorough pull request review.
  • •Experience working collaboratively with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams in a distributed environment.
