Olfactive Scientist, Beauty Fragrances

Lead fragrance evaluation and support perfume creation for P&G Beauty brands. Partner with R&D teams to integrate perfume trends, guide design and execution of “Irresistibly Superior” fragrances, and provide technical support through chassis/perfume integration. Own end-to-end fragrance project leadership from design to execution, including screening methods and consumer research, while coordinating with internal and external perfume resources to meet launch timing.
