Job Summary

Learn dealership service operations as an apprentice service technician, working from repair orders to diagnose issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and identify when additional service is recommended. You’ll be paired with a mentor (often a master technician) for hands-on guidance, supported by team leaders and shop foremen as questions arise. •Call on your mentor, team leader, or shop foreman when you have questions or need assistance.
•Attend factory-sponsored training classes and keep up with factory technical bulletins.
