Job Summary

Maintain the general ledger and records for mutual funds, ETFs, government investment pools, and closed-end funds, including end-of-day net asset value and mill rate calculations. Perform daily GL accounting, cash reconciliations, advisor/portfolio processing, corporate action application, expense postings, portfolio pricing validation, and reconciliations. Partner with internal teams and external administrators/transfer agencies/prime brokers to support compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP.

•Produce end-of-day net asset value calculations, including daily net asset value and mill rate determinations.
•Perform daily general ledger accounting, prime broker/bank cash reconciliations, advisor/portfolio management processing, and expense accrual/payment postings.
•Apply corporate actions, perform portfolio pricing analysis/validations, and complete timely internal/external information distributions.
•Support SEC regulation and GAAP compliance through partnership with internal/external administrators, transfer agencies, and prime brokers/custodians.
